1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, device identifiers) are sometimes used as well. They help sites remember preferences and measure performance.
2. Cookies we set
Voice Recorder Online does not set any first-party cookies for analytics, personalization or login — there is no account system. The recording function does not require cookies either.
3. Third-party cookies
Third parties whose resources are embedded on the site may set cookies:
- Google AdSense — used to deliver and measure ads, and to limit ad frequency. May include DoubleClick cookies. Personalized ads can be based on visits to this and other sites. More info: Google Ads & Cookies.
- Google Fonts / jsDelivr CDN — serve files; they may process technical request data but do not set advertising cookies on our behalf.
4. How to manage cookies
- Browser settings: block or delete cookies at any time (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox: Settings → Privacy).
- Google personalized ads: opt out at Google Ads Settings.
- Industry opt-outs: aboutads.info, optout.networkadvertising.org, or for EEA/UK visitors the EDAA tool.
Blocking cookies will not stop the recorder from working.
